1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team at bayviewclothingco@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you have concerns about the delivery of your package, contact the carrier to file a claim.
